The Post-Doc Guide

If getting to this point seems kind of easy - well it is (sort of). In objective philosophy (as opposed to subjective philosophy) the PhD thesis is not approved by anyone - it's defended and it's merit demonstrated. This is the purpose of the post-doc period (typically four years) - defend and demostrate the merit of PhD thesis.

1. For the first year, your vInstitute must show progress in your studies, research by publishing papers in defense of your PhD thesis.
2. After a year of post-doc you will receive your PhD from the university and your site will be listed as a ibook with an ISBN
